4. Token Balances

Design runs are metered in tokens, at a fixed rate tied to the actual cost of the underlying model and service providers, with no subscription or per-seat pricing. Tokens can be added by an administrator (through an invitation grant or a manual top-up) or purchased directly through Razorpay, our payment processor — see Pricing for current top-up amounts. We do not store your card details; Razorpay handles payment processing.
